Hi There! I am Aashika, pronounced Aa-she-ka, like “Aah! She Ka-n do a hell of a good job!” And that’s how my clients remember me, really! By day, I help entrepreneurs achieve their dream of reaching masses through my art of writing, and help college students and company employees achieve their target skill set through my style of conducting sessions. With all the “Let’s nail it” kind of attitude.
But, but… by evening, I simply slip into my pajamas, grab a cup of coffee (sometimes, hot chocolate), spend time with family, and get into my reading (a.k.a chilling) zone. With “somebody please bring me my quilt and some dark chocolates” kind of attitude.

I understand how difficult it must be to put your thoughts into writing and express your ideas in the same way as it is in your mind. That’s where I step in! I help creative entrepreneurs and small/medium businesses communicate their ideas, discover their brand voice, and optimize their value through my writings. In short, I help you save time, efforts, and the extra cup of coffee you have due to the headache of writing.
I also understand how difficult it must be to manage your work, wrack your brain on business strategies, and upskill your employees at the same time. After all, it’s not always a one-man show. You can thus leave the latter part to me. I can help you bridge the skill gap between your employees and the company’s requirement for a particular role.
